Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Polo Quinteros started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's Aldo Hartz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polo Quinteros in the 6th minute of play. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Hartz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12thth minute of the game Aldo Hartz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Santa Lucia de Merlo's Polo Quinteros made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florentino Herauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 22nd minute of play forced Santa Lucia de Merlo's goalkeeper Florentino Herauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santa Lucia de Merlo's Florentino Herauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 24th minute of play. Florentino Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Polo Quinteros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Pimentel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Herauso having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Polo Quinteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabricio Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florentino Herauso having to make a save. Santa Lucia de Merlo made a substitution. M. Agus Young replaced Polo Quinteros.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. Florentino Herauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 53rd minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by M. Agus Young took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. The crowd rose to their feet as Portugal's Felipinho Amorim slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florentino Herauso. That made the score 2-1 after 75 minutes of play. Carlos Cubero hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, Felipinho Amorim lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Florentino Herauso. Bartolomeu Dias struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Florentino Herauso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
