Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Juan Hoffmanns short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Keld Paulsen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vitório Mineiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitório Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riograndense FC's Anderson Trigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 minutes Riograndense FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chris Nygaard who took care of the corner kick. Chris Nygaard made a great header on Denmark's corner, it was just that Riograndense FC's Anderson Trigo managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Simon Bendtsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Bendtsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anderson Trigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Riograndense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Anderson Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anderson Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertram Svenningsen went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Hoffmann. In the 25th match minute, Riograndense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anderson Trigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 33rd minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anderson Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Nygaard scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anderson Trigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Hoffmann got free with Keld Paulsen in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitório Mineiro in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Hoffmann in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Keld Paulsen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Riograndense FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Denmark were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Denmark's Olav Graversen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gilberto Barreto in the 53 minute of the game. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Anderson Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitório Mineiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. A collision led to Riograndense FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Zé Paulo da Fonseca hit a great ball. If Bertram Svenningsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Michel Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, Riograndense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Marquinhos de Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anderson Trigo made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Denmark left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Riograndense FC.
