Anibal Abastas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 84th minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Vennerström in the 85th minute of play. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anibal Abastas could save by the left post. 92 minutes into the game, Vinicio Eliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick.
