But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krasimir Dyavolski couldn't finish the play. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Peyo Dimolyanov with Evtim Budurov as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lyuben Bahchevanov in the 24th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Preslav Kulekov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Preslav Kulekov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Preslav Kulekov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Elin Lazarkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zlatan Vaysilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zlatan Vaysilov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52nd play minutes Preslav Kulekov shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Tommy Kahn and just under the crossbar into goal. Krasimir Dyavolski hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Preslav Kulekov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Kahn. Germany's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Sagittarius A-star's Lyuben Bahchevanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zlatan Vaysilov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstantin Ilyov went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Zlatan Vaysilov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 79th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Schiele to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Frank Sachs took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Zlatan Vaysilov to make any attempt to save it. Sagittarius A-star's Zlatan Vaysilov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Sagittarius A-star from getting a goal against them. Zlatan Vaysilov was a little too slow when Frank Sachs got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 4-2. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peyo Dimolyanov in the 96th minute of the match. Sagittarius A-star walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
