Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Holtland FC's Sjef Fellinger started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sjef Fellinger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Baal Vanger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sjef Fellinger went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Koole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maikel Douwes who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Holtland FC's Vinny Jones getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Adrian Dreifuss's late challenge caught a Holtland FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Dreifuss helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Holtland FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Sjef Fellinger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holtland FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sjef Fellinger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With 26 minutes on the clock, Sven Krakouer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Germany:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Holtland FC:s goal. Tommy Kahn had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Mathias Koole's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Angel Dellasierra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Lamberts kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match, Jose Ieltxu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Kahn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 36 minutes into the match, Mathias Koole dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 2-0. Sjef Fellinger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Chris Mergenthaler's late challenge caught a Holtland FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albin Holweck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Hoogstrate made in the 53rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Maikel Douwes immediately put the ball in play. 56 minutes into the game, Sjef Fellinger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 60th minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sjef Fellinger in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Sjef Fellinger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sjef Fellinger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Koole in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sjef Fellinger in the 81st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sjef Fellinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Mathias Koole got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute Mathias Koole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Holtland FC had won after a very even match.
