Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 9th minute CerKeteam were awarded a corner. Fagondo Coello went to the cornerflag to take it. Fagondo Coello got in the 9th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Tommy Kahn. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-0. Malte Schiele charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malte Schiele the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CerKeteam booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Reints had several of the Germany's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Tommy Kahn as he didn't even see the shot coming. Germany were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after CerKeteam's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. The corner led to Germany's Linus Schwerner getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Reints in the 22nd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Reints's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, CerKeteam's Hans Reints ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 34th minute of play forced CerKeteam's goalkeeper Adolfo Paris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germany were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after CerKeteam's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ulrich Stein got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adolfo Paris quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Germany fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Germany's Ulrich Stein looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 41 minutes, Sven Krakouer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the CerKeteam players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. Fagondo Coello shot from long distance in the 43rd minute, but Tommy Kahn was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. When Malte Schiele was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. The supporters of CerKeteam booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Reints in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albin Holweck was the one to do the kick off. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rufo Palomares, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Rufo Palomares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Albin Holweck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Paris was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rufo Palomares in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 71 played minutes CerKeteam got a freekick which was hit by Miroslaw Skikiewicz. After 72 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Reints, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans Reints in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Fagondo Coello hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. CerKeteam's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
