Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got the match started through his kick off. Adalberto Pacheco came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Torcato Vargas scored 1-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lourenço Gago got free with Arnout Reekers in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lourenço Gago came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnout Reekers could save by the left post. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Lisboa FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Cerilo. 36 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Adalberto Pacheco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Lisboa FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathijn Doctor didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lourenço Gago was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adalberto Pacheco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, Lisboa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Adalberto Pacheco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lisboa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lisboa FC's Adalberto Pacheco did a great save. Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Lisboa FC defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adalberto Pacheco. The Lisboa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adalberto Pacheco should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes in the game Orlando Cerilo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gez Jones. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 77th minute of play forced Lisboa FC's goalkeeper Adalberto Pacheco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Lourenço Gago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 84 minutes, Vaggelis Telemidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lisboa FC and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Lisboa FC got a freekick which was hit by Vaggelis Telemidis. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Lisboa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaggelis Telemidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Lars Meesters made a precise shot to the right of Adalberto Pacheco. Lisboa FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mathijn Doctor hit a great ball. The supporters of Lisboa FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathijn Doctor didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torcato Vargas in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. The Lisboa FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
