Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 6th minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt-Arne Askstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 11th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Savage Hippo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Porziano Marchitelli advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 11th minute. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edwin Grabert in the 18th minute. Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Bengt-Arne Askstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 37th minute of play. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edwin Grabert made a kick off. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a fantastic save in the 50th minute, when Porziano Marchitelli sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th match minute, Savage Hippo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jørund Markhus to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Sigfrido Auletta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Savage Hippo's Bengt-Arne Askstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sostene Vitulli in the 62nd minute of play. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Deodato Magliozzi with Porziano Marchitelli as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. But to his dismay, Edwin Grabert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 81 played minutes Savage Hippo got a freekick which was hit by Owen Tomaszewski. In the 82nd match minute, Savage Hippo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Owen Tomaszewski to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes Savage Hippo got a freekick which was hit by Jørund Markhus. In the 93rd minute, Owen Tomaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Curto came free, but Bengt-Arne Askstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Curto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Bengt-Arne Askstedt when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
