The supporters of Paraná Clube PG booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oswaldo Velloso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. 83 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube PG's goalkeeper Oswaldo Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraná Clube PG's goalkeeper Oswaldo Velloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Quirino couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Abderraouf Moussaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute Paraná Clube PG were awarded a corner. Noel Quirino went to the cornerflag to take it.
