Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hans-Martin Istad started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Hans-Martin Istad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florencio Rafe's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wilson Amorim firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hans-Martin Istad might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hans-Martin Istad ran back to his position shaking his head. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Martin Istad in the 6th minute of play. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saverio Teofilio in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Masters United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Enrique Bologna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roman Nalo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Fabricio Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Enrique Bologna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hans-Martin Istad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Florencio Rafe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Masters United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Rafe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Wilson Amorim managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Masters United F.C.'s Florencio Rafe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 38th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Bologna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Bologna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 40th minute of play. The throw-in from Hans-Martin Istad in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Caetano Moreira. Viriato Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Rafe. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Rafe's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Hans-Martin Istad struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Masters United F.C.. Masters United F.C.'s Herminio Frantzes was substituted for Celso Hotz. After 61 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Viriato Moura. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans-Martin Istad in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Rafe came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Martin Istad in the 65th minute of play. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Hans-Martin Istad sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Masters United F.C.'s Enrique Bologna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 74th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Martin Istad, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Caetano Moreira hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Florencio Rafe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Bologna was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Graciano Coutinho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Graciano Coutinho really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Graciano Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Bologna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipinho Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Dino Rava hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartolomeu Dias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Enrique Bologna made a huge save. The Portugal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
