Anfilogino Amicone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Toledo in the 2nd minute of the match. The throw-in from Santiago Sartori in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Toronto Marlies FC's John England. Anfilogino Amicone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adria Bielsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anfilogino Amicone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 14th minute of the match. Adria Bielsa took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anfilogino Amicone. Anfilogino Amicone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Adria Bielsa made a precise shot to the right of Anfilogino Amicone. Toronto Marlies FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavino Aguirre. Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Aranda in the 34th minute of play. Anfilogino Amicone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Aranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Omar Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Amicone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fatsali Bedirhan during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fatsali Bedirhan hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Anfilogino Amicone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Aranda in the 59th minute of play. Pau Herrero replaced David Aranda. 77 minutes in the game Jonathan Criado did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sergio Ruiz. In the 79th minute, Carles Cherro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Aguirre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute of the match Toronto Marlies FC got a corner. Spain's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Qin Xing Shu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Toronto Marlies FC's corner Qin Xing Shu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gabriel Ascaso quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Abrams in the 94th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spain played a much better game than Toronto Marlies FC and deserved their victory. The Toronto Marlies FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
