Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) La Vieja Guardia Jrs's Matxin Maliaño started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 9th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Curcio Caldevila. In the 11th minute, La Vieja Guardia Jrs's Matxin Maliaño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of La Vieja Guardia Jrs booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matxin Maliaño kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Germany's keeper Tommy Kahn was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Matxin Maliaños short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 20th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Chica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matxin Maliaño was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Vieja Guardia Jrs the free kick. After 46 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, La Vieja Guardia Jrs's Matxin Maliaño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Chica having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Alex Pedrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Pedrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 71st minute, Inigo Guceño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Matxin Maliaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, La Vieja Guardia Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Apolo Chica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Germany got a corner. La Vieja Guardia Jrs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. La Vieja Guardia Jrs were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Curcio Caldevila took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Curcio Caldevila got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Apolo Chica when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matxin Maliaño in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Apolo Chica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Janik Vogt fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Janik Vogt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, Alex Pedrera made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. La Vieja Guardia Jrs walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
