After 33 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Loris Karius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Balazs Lajos could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Loris Karius however easily saved by the left post. 53 minutes into the match, Balazs Lajos notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius. Loris Karius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Sport Club Abrilense defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loris Karius. The Sport Club Abrilense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loris Karius should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Edorta came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Loris Karius in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Major Barna in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Loris Karius, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 72 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Fero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sport Club Abrilense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sport Club Abrilense fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 72 minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Loris Karius. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Hungary's Major Barna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Loris Karius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sport Club Abrilense from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Takacs Tibor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Loris Karius. That made the score 0-8 in the 94 minute of play.
