Candido Lopes's late challenge caught a Czech Republic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Loramendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Dostal in the 5th minute of the match. Candido Lopes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Vavrinec Holub made a huge save. In the 8th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Dostal to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Deportivo Tood's Saul Martino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Martino in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Rafael Santos Borré left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Tood fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Deportivo Tood's Saul Martino in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Saul Martino took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Vavrinec Holub to make any attempt to save it. In the 35th minute, Deportivo Tood's Rafael Santos Borré ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Martino in the 38th minute of play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Czech Republic from getting a goal against them. When Deportivo Tood's Saul Martino in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The wind increased when Saul Martino made the kick off in the second half. Bohumir Kohout hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Saul Martino sped through Czech Republic's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. When Alan Rezek was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alan Rezek hit a great ball. When Saul Martino came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Deportivo Tood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Martino couldn't finish the play. Deportivo Tood's Miroslaw Budarz was substituted for Candido Lopes. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bohumir Kohout hit a great ball. Ramón Díaz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Miroslaw Budarz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vavrinec Holub having to make a save. In the 75th minute, Saul Martino made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After 78 minutes, Ramón Díaz made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 80 minutes, Daniel Vitek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the Deportivo Tood players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute Saul Martino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Valdemar Turecek fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Valdemar Turecek a yellow card for diving instead. Deportivo Tood's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
