Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carmelo Benavides made the kick off which started today's match. Holger Arhenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Jilek in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Cristiano Goretzka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute, Benji Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Felipe Cerna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Felipe Cerna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Benavides in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Benavides in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Felipe Cerna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Carmelo Benavides notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Benavides came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Alan Rezek might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Holger Arhenius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alan Rezek ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Czech Republic's Denis Dostal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Holger Arhenius. That made the score 5-1 after 55 minutes of play. 61 minutes into the match, Carmelo Benavides had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carmelo Benavides was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Holger Arhenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Jilek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benji Lima hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match, Erik Jilek got a very nice opportunity to score, but Holger Arhenius was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Carmelo Benavides scored 7-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Carrillo in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute Carmelo Benavides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Cerna in the 92nd minute of the match. Cristiano Goretzka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SantaAna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
