When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Emil Walaszkiewicz sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Albin Holweck was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Germany's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Jazwiec having to make a save. In the 81st minute, Frank Sachs made a precise shot to the right of Artur Jazwiec. Lokalne Gamonie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Zachariasz Liberko kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Emil Walaszkiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
