Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Cláudio Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Doni Aguiar hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Abelardo de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cláudio Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cláudio Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hungary's Hegedus Henrik suffered a sprained foot after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Silvério Mazza fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored moraliensis - DMZ's protests and gave Silvério Mazza a yellow card for diving instead. The moraliensis - DMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mito Bampi was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Katona Janos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cláudio Lopes. That made the score 1-2 after 87 minutes of play. In the 91st minute, Abelardo de Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The moraliensis - DMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
