Kaan Winter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gust Ennemans in the 3rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ede Szász in the 7th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaan Winter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The corner led to STORM CORNER F.C.'s Cesare Silvestre getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaan Winter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. STORM CORNER F.C. were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ionuț Jităreanu took the corner. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ede Szász, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Kaan Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krisztián Lisztes struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for STORM CORNER F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 37th minute of play forced STORM CORNER F.C.'s goalkeeper Kaan Winter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zoltán Vásárhelyi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Stellan Josefsson got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arnout Reekers was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Stellan Josefsson hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 47th minute of play forced STORM CORNER F.C.'s goalkeeper Kaan Winter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaan Winter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by STORM CORNER F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kaan Winter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. David Eikelkamp hit a great ball. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ede Szász, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Eikelkamp to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Ionuț Jităreanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, David Eikelkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinhold Artmaier in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. Kaan Winter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. STORM CORNER F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored to the left of an out of position Kaan Winter, making the score, 1-1. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Kaan Winter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Ionuț Jităreanu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 83 minutes into the game, Krisztián Lisztes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. STORM CORNER F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. In the 84th minute, Krisztián Lisztes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kaan Winter made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Jităreanu in the 91st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Kaan Winter threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. STORM CORNER F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Netherlands for a fine match.
