In the 7th minute, Kerrigan Branson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Joaquin Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an all-out effort, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arsenio Maria, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wilfredo Maidana in the 18th minute. The corner led C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Wilfredo Maidana to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joaquin Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 28th minute of the match. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 29th minute. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Lucero was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Maidana in the 67th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute of the match C.A.MALVINAS.ARG got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilfredo Maidana ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Arsenio Maria getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 77th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Lucero. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 80th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Lucero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 84th minute Adan Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. When Arsenio Maria came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the C.A.MALVINAS.ARG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Maria couldn't finish the play.
