After a defensive mix-up in The Conqueror's zone, Zaccheo Andolina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yağızalp Sayyad came out of the goal and Zaccheo Andolina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uğur Akdurmuş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yağızalp Sayyad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 59th minute of the match. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. After 89 minutes Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Víctor López who took care of the corner kick. The corner led The Conqueror's Víctor López to fire away a dangerous shot which Flavio Vittori despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, The Conqueror's Yağızalp Sayyad got control of the ball when Guiscardo Davide tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match, Guiscardo Davide got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yağızalp Sayyad was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uğur Akdurmuş in the 92nd minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
