Alfonso Leoncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC MANEKENI CLUB defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfonso Leoncio. The FC MANEKENI CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfonso Leoncio should have stopped the shot. Vörös Henrik hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Guaberto Jorrin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Jan Kämpe managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MANEKENI CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Kämpe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Leoncio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Leoncio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 played minutes FC MANEKENI CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Mavrudi Barúmov. After a rather tough play, FC MANEKENI CLUB's Jan Kämpe got a free kick in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, FC MANEKENI CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Alfonso Leoncio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Leoncio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alfonso Leoncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FC MANEKENI CLUB's Guaberto Jorrin got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alfonso Leoncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Leoncio having to interfere. Jeremias Fernado hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
