Genaro Cidro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Genaro Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes Barburín AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Barburín AFC's Genaro Cidro managed to reach the ball for a save. A sloppy throw-in by Kees Mooiweer in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Barburín AFC's Vinicio Eliu. After having played for 22 minutes, Bernabe Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barburín AFC's Lisandro Maule was substituted for Bernabe Diaz. Barburín AFC's Vinicio Eliu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kees Mooiweer in the 35 minute of the game. Teodosio Roland hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Wim Wilmes hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Maule in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Genaro Cidro made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Teodosio Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Barburín AFC's Genaro Cidro got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
