Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrea Mariani. 5 minutes into the match, Maritek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Hélio O'Connell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Palumbo in the 7th minute of play. Felice Tacco had several of the Portugal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Wilson Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 12th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio O'Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ferruccio Zarillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Hélio O'Connell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio O'Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Maritek FC's Hélio O'Connell. Hélio O'Connell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélio O'Connell came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Viriato Moura. But to his dismay, Viriato Moura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 38 minutes into the game, Felice Tacco lined in a short shot 3-3 behind a frustrated Wilson Amorim. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-3 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felice Tacco was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Felice Tacco came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Felice Tacco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maritek FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. Jon Snow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 played minutes Maritek FC got a freekick which was hit by Jon Snow. Hélio O'Connell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Graciano Coutinho in the 62nd minute. Maritek FC's Hélio O'Connell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Maritek FC from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the game, Eli Mariani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Caetano Moreira hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Andrea Mariani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maritek FC made a substitution. Alfredo Toschi replaced Ferruccio Zarillo. Maritek FC made a substitution. Federico Ondino replaced Felice Tacco. In the 73rd match minute, Maritek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrea Mariani to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the game, Alfredo Toschi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute Alfredo Toschi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Hélio O'Connell successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Ondino in the 93rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Ondino in the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Maritek FC fully deserved thier win.
