In the 14th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Galena Kielce defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zenon Ludwiczak. The Galena Kielce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zenon Ludwiczak should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Zenon Ludwiczak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zenon Ludwiczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 30th minute of play. The Belgium fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Vanderstraeten made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Zenon Ludwiczak in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 59 minutes of play, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zenon Ludwiczak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Laskowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgium's Siebe Michiels suffered a sprained foot after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Belgium's Alain Desmet was substituted for Siebe Michiels. Tytus Poremba hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Edward Vanderstraeten came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Vanderstraeten couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, Galena Kielce's goalkeeper Zenon Ludwiczak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. In the 85thth minute of the game Edward Vanderstraeten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galena Kielce's Zenon Ludwiczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Ludwiczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Ludwiczak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Zenon Ludwiczak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 93rd minute.
