Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Moczkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zbyszko Moczkiewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. If Fabricio Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Epifanio Bartumeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 19th minute of play forced Zorongo FC's goalkeeper Epifanio Bartumeu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zorongo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felipe Barreto was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Graciano Coutinho managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Wilson Amorim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Bartumeu having to make a save. 24 minutes into the match, Zorongo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Epifanio Bartumeu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viriato Moura in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Bartumeu saved Zorongo FC from getting behind. Zorongo FC's Epifanio Bartumeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 27th minute of play. Octavio Zapater blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viriato Moura in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Bartumeu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Zorongo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Epifanio Bartumeu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zorongo FC's Epifanio Bartumeu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbyszko Moczkiewicz went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Zorongo FC's Falo Encina was substituted for Fortunato Sans. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Moczkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zorongo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julio Barroso in the 63rd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Octavio Peruanton heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Daniel Pimentel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Pimentel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Bartumeu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. In the 76th minute, Zbyszko Moczkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 80 minutes of play, Zorongo FC's Zbyszko Moczkiewicz made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 84 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Julio Barroso who took care of the corner kick. 87 minutes into the game, Faustino Almeida threw the ball into play from the sideline. Zorongo FC's Falo Encina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszko Moczkiewicz in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Zbyszko Moczkiewicz put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Wilson Amorim. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Zbyszko Moczkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Zbyszko Moczkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zorongo FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
