An unexpectedly hard shot by 石德远 in the 17th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, Hiperbórea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corneliu Magheru to maneuver through the defense. Adélio Seabra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrique Tinoco. Henrique Tinoco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 36 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Henrique Tinoco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adélio Seabra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Fodor Daniel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Santiago Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adélio Seabra in the 46th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adélio Seabra made a kick off. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adélio Seabra in the 52nd minute of play. Adélio Seabra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. 54 minutes into the match, Hiperbórea's Adélio Seabra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henrique Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Hiperbórea's goalkeeper Henrique Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 石德远's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Hiperbórea made a substitution. Rodrigo Santiago replaced 石德远. After 67 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santiago Couto who took care of the corner kick. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Balazs Lajos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hiperbórea's Henrique Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Hiperbórea from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adélio Seabra, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Henrique Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Henrique Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adélio Seabra in the 88th minute of the match. After 91 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dário Baptista who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hiperbórea's Dário Baptista to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adélio Seabra in the 93rd minute of play.
