Konstanty Furman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Remus Pinches made a huge save. 6 minutes into the match, Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Clarke came free, but Leon Garbacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute of the match Fc Lothlorien got a corner. Poland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristiano Cordone ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fc Lothlorien's Cristiano Cordone was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leon Garbacz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 9th minute Witold Bobowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Pinches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Pinches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Bobowski in the 10th minute of the match. Witold Bobowski scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remus Pinches, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Remus Pinches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacy Brzycki in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Clarke in the 18th minute of play forced Poland's goalkeeper Leon Garbacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arthur Clarke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. Ignacy Brzycki came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Remus Pinches could save by the left post. Ignacy Brzycki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Remus Pinches came out and tried to block the shot, but Ignacy Brzycki slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johnathan Bowden in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Garbacz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Poland's Maurycy Danowski was substituted for Ignacy Brzycki. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maurycy Danowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Arthur Clarke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leon Garbacz was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. When Johnathan Bowden came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Fc Lothlorien fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnathan Bowden couldn't finish the play. Fc Lothlorien made a substitution. Refugio Pagan replaced Johnathan Bowden. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Leon Garbacz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Poland's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
