Ladislav Lomnický showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. UFC Pivnica's Ladislav Lomnický played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 7th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislav Lomnický was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislav Lomnický having to interfere. After some careless play in the UFC Pivnica defense, Balazs Lajos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ladislav Lomnický. The UFC Pivnica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ladislav Lomnický should have stopped the shot. Ladislav Lomnický showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ladislav Lomnický narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC Pivnica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Hungary's Katona Janos to fire away a dangerous shot which Ladislav Lomnický despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute UFC Pivnica were awarded a corner. Viktor Kasarda went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led UFC Pivnica's Viktor Kasarda to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Antal Valentin kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ľubomír Smatana made a kick off. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ladislav Lomnický read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match Hungary got a corner. UFC Pivnica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavol Rybnický, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislav Lomnický came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Takacs Tibor. But to his dismay, Takacs Tibor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Ladislav Lomnický in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 minutes UFC Pivnica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Katona Janos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Ladislav Lomnický didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladislav Lomnický made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 80th minute of play. Ladislav Lomnický showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. UFC Pivnica's Ladislav Lomnický played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of UFC Pivnica booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladislav Lomnický took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Viktor Kasarda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Viktor Kasarda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The UFC Pivnica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
