Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antal Valentin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Procopio Trespalacios was left in no man's land by his defense there! 6 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Lepper came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spartans Lodz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iwan Ostrowski in the 7th minute. It was a well-played corner which Borys Lepper managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Procopio Trespalacios having to interfere. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Borys Lepper managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartans Lodz's supporters rose to their feet, but Borys Lepper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Vörös Henrik got a free kick in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Borys Lepper tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Procopio Trespalacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Takacs Tibor. 41 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Procopio Trespalacios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Borys Lepper tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Spartans Lodz getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ryszard Obuchowicz hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Procopio Trespalacios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hungary reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Borys Lepper stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Lepper in the 50th minute of play. When Borys Lepper came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Spartans Lodz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Lepper couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Iwan Ostrowski got a free kick in the 57th minute. Spartans Lodz made a substitution. Herbert Gozdowski replaced Ryszard Obuchowicz. In the 58th match minute, Spartans Lodz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Ostrowski to maneuver through the defense. Procopio Trespalacios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Takacs Tibor's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Procopio Trespalacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Procopio Trespalacios. Takacs Tibor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Spartans Lodz's Karol Karp was substituted for Tolek Maziarski. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Krzysztof Okopny got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to Spartans Lodz getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Krzysztof Okopny hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Procopio Trespalacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Major Barna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Procopio Trespalacios. That made the score 0-5 in the 85 minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Marchewka came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcin Marchewka's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Hungary played a much better game than Spartans Lodz and deserved their victory. The Spartans Lodz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
