The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severino Gabrio helped the player get up and apologised. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gianluca Vialli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 44th minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Urmet Rammu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianluca Vialli made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Falckner FC's Isidoro Cebrian got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Vialli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Gianluca Vialli came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Urmet Rammu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Vialli in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. If Gianluca Vialli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
