After 12 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Karl Pointon. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Jo Tabb with Gara Wah as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Lisburn Distillery F.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Duncan Lynch hit a great ball. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Moreira having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Lisburn Distillery F.C. booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Jo Tabb with Gara Wah as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neil Deacon in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Derek Findley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Derek Findley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Wittingham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Russell Bennett made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Deacon in the 51st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Russell Bennett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Juvenal Moreira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 79th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Russell Bennett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Wittingham in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Lisburn Distillery F.C. booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
