Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zdzislaw Golob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes Mazinger FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zdzislaw Golob in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Fodor Daniel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zdzislaw Golob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 17th minute of play forced Mazinger FC's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Golob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hungary booed when Mazinger FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nagoi Mendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Mazinger FC's Frodo Moya got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Zdzislaw Golob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Golob having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Hungary's Balazs Lajos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zdzislaw Golob narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hungary booed when Mazinger FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisa Katt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Golob saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes Mazinger FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Major Barna got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frodo Moya made a kick off. Zdzislaw Golob came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Zdzislaw Golob made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 56th minute. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 65th minute, Nagoi Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zdzislaw Golob came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hungary reached it. Zdzislaw Golob made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 68th minute. Marcu Poenaru hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Major Barna took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zdzislaw Golob. Zdzislaw Golob dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With an all-out effort, Hungary's Zdzislaw Golob threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hegedus Henrik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Mazinger FC's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Golob had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. In the 86th minute, Lisa Katt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 95th minute of the match, Balazs Lajos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zdzislaw Golob was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mazinger FC throughout the match.
