But to his dismay, Gernando Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho Eger in the 15th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Vinicio Balasi hit a great ball. Gernando Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Brasil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Gernando Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The attack was good, but when Gernando Azevedo in the 27th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Arjen Robben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Brasil having to interfere. Vinicio Balasi made in the 33rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Josué Viana. Alexandre Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 34th minute of play. Alexandre Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 34th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Juninho Eger. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horacio Sayveon in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruy Montenegro saved Los Andes FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. After 45 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Josué Viana. A collision led to Los Andes FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Carlos-Henrique Casemiro hit a great ball. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were winning 0-1.

53 minutes into the match, Gernando Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Brasil. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gernando Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Alexandre Brasil successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A sloppy throw-in by César Salgado in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Stefan Stenquist. Fred Monteiro hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
