Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thiago Hudson to make the kick off. Mukifus FSCMZ's Rômulo Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válbson Pimenta in the 56th minute of play. Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Thiago Hudson 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Mukifus FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago Hudson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sidney Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Thiago Hudson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Imbituba - FSCMZ booed when Mukifus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Carro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
