That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Dionysis Stamatiou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionysis Stamatiou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionysis Stamatiou in the 23rd minute of play. If Daniel Suchy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Amfithea Hotspur's Henrich Slany threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christos Triantis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 31 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Dionysis Stamatiou came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dionysis Stamatiou was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dionysis Stamatiou in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrich Slany prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amfithea Hotspur's Christos Triantis got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henrich Slany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Triantis in the 60th minute of the match. Amfithea Hotspur's Valerios Paboulis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Amfithea Hotspur from getting a goal against them. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christos Triantis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henrich Slany showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 97th minute, Christos Triantis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrich Slany was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0.
