It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. 44 minutes into the match, SC SU-57's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Jon Iruegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernanco Peso in the 47th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Fernanco Peso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernanco Peso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernanco Peso in the 68th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Jon Iruegas in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fernanco Peso hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
