Teodoro Bermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Wojciech Szczęsny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Caetano hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Guaberto Inautzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wojciech Szczęsny. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Wojciech Szczęsny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Heriberto in the 24th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojciech Szczęsny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 minutes, Caetano Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Pimentel scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wojciech Szczęsny, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Miromir Jankowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Miromir Jankowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Inautzi got free with Wilson Amorim in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wojciech Szczęsny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Samuel Erroman hit a great ball. In the 46th minute of the match Felipe Barreto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wojciech Szczęsny skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Alfonso Satordi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute Miromir Jankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, 邱义星 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but 邱义星 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Milian replaced Miromir Jankowski. After having played for 66 minutes, Everardo Milian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Milian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, 邱义星 notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Milian in the 73rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolomeu Dias. In the 77th minute Guaberto Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Genaro Ederono got a free kick in the 78th minute. Wojciech Szczęsny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipinho Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Guaberto Inautzi made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Wojciech Szczęsny came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Graciano Coutinho. But to his dismay, Graciano Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Bartolomeu Dias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Wojciech Szczęsny skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bartolomeu Dias in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wojciech Szczęsny, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Felipinho Amorim took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wojciech Szczęsny. Wojciech Szczęsny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. The Portugal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
