Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Chris Nygaard made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 minutes Soflov FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chris Nygaard who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Olav Graversen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Soflov FC's Benedicto Vidal did a great save. The supporters of Denmark booed when Soflov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Oriol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Soflov FC's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Vidal came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bertram Svenningsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Vidal having to make a save. David Oriol's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Oriol helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Soflov FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. David Oriol hit a great ball. Benedicto Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 21st minute of play. After some careless play in the Soflov FC defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Vidal. The Soflov FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Vidal should have stopped the shot. After 33 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. After having played for 36 minutes, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikkel Wulff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Amancio Ralondo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Olav Graversen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 45 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Theis Winther. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Feliks Nieruchliwy made the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Olguín kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Benedicto Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Nieruchliwy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Soflov FC's Feliks Nieruchliwy. But to his dismay, Feliks Nieruchliwy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Feliks Nieruchliwy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Kenn Skou made in the 75th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Soflov FC's Marco Domeka. After 77 minutes of play Soflov FC's David Oriol was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Denmark booed when Soflov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Oriol didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedicto Vidal saved Soflov FC from getting behind.
