Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Sachs kicked off to start the match. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Cassidy Wang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Cassidy Wang could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Tommy Kahn however easily saved by the left post. After 11 minutes, Sebastião de Lima made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 14 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. 21 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidnei de Souza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastião de Lima received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastião de Lima slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ruy Dracena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Sachs walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Albin Holweck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute of the match Caarapo SS got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Augusto Godoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Ruy Dracena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 39th minute, Cesinha Pena reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 4-0. 44 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Ruy Dracena came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caarapo SS's goalkeeper Sidnei de Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastião de Lima was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sidnei de Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cesinha Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 61 minutes into the match, Sebastião de Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastião de Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei de Souza having to interfere. Cassidy Wang kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Caarapo SS's Sebastião de Lima in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Caarapo SS were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Augusto Godoi took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Augusto Godoi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Caarapo SS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Mathias Gaúcho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião de Lima in the 76th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Ruy Dracena made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 79th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sidnei de Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ruy Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Caarapo SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruy Dracena couldn't finish the play. In the 84th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. Sidnei de Souza made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy Dracena in the 87th minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesinha Pena in the 92nd minute of play. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Caarapo SS's Ruy Dracena. But to his dismay, Ruy Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caarapo SS.
