Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Roland Fujarczuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuele Kunz in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Chodzinski saved FC TYSKI FULL II from getting behind. Julian Chodzinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuele Kunz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Fujarczuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuele Kunz during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Switzerland from getting a goal against them. After the first half Switzerland were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roland Fujarczuk was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacinto Maurer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julian Chodzinski. That made the score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Samuele Kunz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Chodzinski having to interfere. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Fujarczuk in the 70th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Roland Fujarczuk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Fujarczuk in the 81st minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Samuele Kunz came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuele Kunz couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julian Chodzinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jacinto Maurer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Switzerland's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Maurer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Chodzinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the game, Roland Fujarczuk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Hias Nüssli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
