Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dumitru Purcărete to maneuver through the defense. A4p FC Gad's Anfilogino Manzi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Cutri, made in the 9th minute of the game. King Scorpio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by King Scorpio. Flavio Vittori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of King Scorpio's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match A4p FC Gad got a corner. Italy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcin Pachucki ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Dumitru Purcărete got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flavio Vittori quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 19 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Glenn Fyfe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when King Scorpio came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by King Scorpio in the 29th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Scorpio in the 31st minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Glenn Fyfe. Glenn Fyfe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 37 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Del Piero. 39 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A4p FC Gad's Anfilogino Manzi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Cutri, made in the 43rd minute of the game. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Scorpio in the 44th minute of play. Glenn Fyfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. King Scorpio was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Glenn Fyfe, 0-2. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Sigfrido Auletta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Glenn Fyfe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A4p FC Gad's Erasmo Damião was substituted for Iulian Berceanu. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Batistuta in the 67th minute of play. Marcin Pachucki kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe got control of the ball when Sigfrido Auletta tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Batistuta in the 74th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glenn Fyfe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Busuioc in the 82nd minute of play. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc. But to his dismay, Gică Busuioc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
