Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. György Tóth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 4th minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of György Tóth. Zalasárszeg OSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csaba Végvári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of György Tóth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but György Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 19th minute of play. When Zalasárszeg OSE's Kálmán Gácsi in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, Kálmán Gácsi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and Kálmán Gácsi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute Kálmán Gácsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Márió Kállai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. György Tóth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. After 69 minutes Zalasárszeg OSE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth managed to reach the ball for a save. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Zalasárszeg OSE from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this György Tóth quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lars Meesters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathijn Doctor kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. György Tóth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zalasárszeg OSE throughout the match.
