Emmerich Aumüller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Isaksson's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 13th play minutes Marcus Isaksson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Tommy Kahn and just under the crossbar into goal. After 16 minutes of play, Französisch Buchholz FC's Marcus Isaksson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Isaksson in the 19th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matthias Pütz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 22nd minute of play. Matthias Pütz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 30th minute Marcus Isaksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthias Pütz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Isaksson made a kick off. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basil Miss in the 54th minute of play. Matthias Pütz made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Isaksson in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matthias Pütz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Französisch Buchholz FC's goalkeeper Matthias Pütz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Emmerich Aumüller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Niklas Hänssler hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. When Marcus Isaksson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Französisch Buchholz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Isaksson couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emmerich Aumüller in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Französisch Buchholz FC were the better team. Französisch Buchholz FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
