Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. In the 17thth minute of the game Jeronimo Birila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Birila in the 19th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeronimo Birila stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bonifacio Naldo made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Jeronimo Birila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Hernando, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. With his leg Bonifacio Naldo managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Hungary's Major Barna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Serginho Silva was substituted for Ruperto Txomin. The supporters of Atletico Calamar Saavedra booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Justin in the 96th minute of play. Hungary played a much better game than Atletico Calamar Saavedra and deserved their victory. The Atletico Calamar Saavedra players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
