Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christo Bothenhain in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Iwo Sawicki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiger's supporters rose to their feet, but Iwo Sawicki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Raniolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Pentti Ojala tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 19th minute of play forced Tiger's goalkeeper Concetto Raniolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Hegedus Henrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunther Gräßer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Folko Rebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Sawicki came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Pentti Ojala recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel. Pentti Ojala showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Concetto Raniolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Concetto Raniolo saved Tiger from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Pentti Ojala in the 51st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Pentti Ojala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes in the game, Takacs Tibor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Concetto Raniolo having to interfere. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanns Weber in the 69th minute of play. With a little luck, Tiger's Concetto Raniolo got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunther Gräßer to maneuver through the defense. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanns Weber in the 80th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Hungary's Katona Janos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Concetto Raniolo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 95 minutes into the game, Hegedus Henrik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hungary's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiger the free kick. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Hegedus Henrik hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pentti Ojala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Tiger players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
