Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) ÅFF J's Allan Nilsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Smed having to interfere. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 11 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Nils-Emil Lundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Lundgren in the 22nd minute. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Allan Lundgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. The supporters of Germany booed when ÅFF J was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match, Allan Nilsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Allan Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Allan Nilsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Allan Lundgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Allan Lundgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Chris Mergenthaler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.
After having played for 55 minutes, Nils-Emil Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ÅFF J's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Emil Lundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ÅFF J's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Smed came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of ÅFF J booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Nils-Emil Lundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Nils-Emil Lundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Nilsson in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Germany booed when ÅFF J was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Svensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. Allan Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Nilsson in the 88th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Mathias Smed made a huge save. In the 93rd minute Allan Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. When Sören Örnberg came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the ÅFF J fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sören Örnberg couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ÅFF J fully deserved thier win.
