Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the game, Johannes Ahlquist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Hellqvist saved Kumla BK from getting behind. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Forss in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertram Svenningsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per Forss in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Per Forss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Hellqvist having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kumla BK's Sten Biörkquist got a free kick in the 28th minute. Fred Hellqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Per Forss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Hellqvist having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Per Forss came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gert Olsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. When Per Forss fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kumla BK's protests and gave Per Forss a yellow card for diving instead. Per Forss kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 58th minute Per Forss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Forss in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Peter Salqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kumla BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Salqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kumla BK's goalkeeper Fred Hellqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Per Forss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Hellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Hellqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Peter Salqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute Peter Salqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gert Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Peter Salqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peter Salqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Peter Salqvist hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Hellqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark's Mathias Ludvigsen suffered a concussion in the 85th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 85 minutes, Gert Olsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kumla BK and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Denmark made a substitution. Mikkel Damsgaard replaced Mathias Ludvigsen. A collision led to Kumla BK getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gert Olsson hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fred Hellqvist. That made the score 1-1 after 89 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute of the game Jerry Bennet made a throw-in which Johannes Ahlquist played forward. Kumla BK's Gert Olsson got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Denmark players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Kumla BK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
