When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Rosendo Natal took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. 7 minutes into the match, Rosendo Natal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rosendo Natal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Rosendo Natal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Luciano Lapurdi hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrialito's Nacho Chico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barrialito's 江威傲 suffered a concussion after 20 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Dreifuss during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rosendo Natal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 35th minute of the match, Rosendo Natal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Kahn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 37 minutes into the game, Barrialito's Rosendo Natal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. The Barrialito fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Barrialito's Rosendo Natal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Francesco Rosetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs's late challenge caught a Barrialito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Sachs helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Sachs to maneuver through the defense. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Natal in the 63rd minute of play. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nacho Chico narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Natal in the 86th minute of play. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nacho Chico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Barrialito had won after a very even match.
