Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a free kick in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Santiago Flores tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 played minutes Elite Azulgrana got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Rameriz. 32 minutes into the game, Santiago Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Elite Azulgrana booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hegedus Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Jairo Rosario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Jairo Rosario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Elite Azulgrana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Carricaberry didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaston Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Flores to strike the kick off in the second half. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gaston Gomez made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Santiago Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Santiago Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Elite Azulgrana's goalkeeper Gaston Gomez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Gaston Gomez however easily saved by the left post. 68 minutes into the match, Elite Azulgrana's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Gaston Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Lángara's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidro Lángara helped the player get up and apologised. Isidro Lángara kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, Elite Azulgrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Elite Azulgrana getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. José Fossa hit a great ball. Gaston Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 86th minute of the match. Elite Azulgrana's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Major Barna scored to the left of an out of position Gaston Gomez, making the score, 1-3. After 95 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre.
