Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Victorio Demesio made the kick off which started today's match. Victorio Demesios short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Karl-Åke Brummer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. 23 minutes into the match, Lanzenkirchen's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Karl-Åke Brummer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Åke Brummer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Demesio in the 26th minute of play. The corner ended in Nicolai Nowak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. In the 31st minute of the match Lanzenkirchen got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicolai Nowak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lanzenkirchen's Nicolai Nowak was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Demesio in the 33rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Åke Brummer saved Lanzenkirchen from getting behind. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Sören Bergmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sören Bergmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Hungary's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sören Bergmann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Lanzenkirchen defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Brummer. The Lanzenkirchen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Åke Brummer should have stopped the shot. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Åke Brummer having to make a save. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Bergmann in the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Major Barna could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Karl-Åke Brummer however easily saved by the left post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Demesio in the 68th minute of the match. Karl-Åke Brummer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Lanzenkirchen getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Nicolai Nowak hit a great ball. In the 74th minute of the match Antal Valentin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Åke Brummer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karl-Åke Brummer came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 82 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 88th minute of play forced Lanzenkirchen's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Brummer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Lanzenkirchen's Karl-Åke Brummer managed to reach the ball for a save. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Brummer having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Roque Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl-Åke Brummer firmly grabbed it by the left post.
